Business Bouquet keeps a biometric time recording using BioLink BioTime

The BioLink Solutions company announced in April, 2013 system implementation of a time recording of BioTime in Business-Buket group — the retail wholesale and retail chain stores representing goods for a garden and a kitchen garden, the house and office. According to the results of the project 150 employees of the customer registering the arrival for work and leaving from it using TM BioLink FingerPass terminals use the innovative technologies of biometrics.

Implementation of a biometric time recording became a step in development of Business-Buket group. As guarantee of successful performance of group serves harmonious work of personnel, effective management of which, on a response of the customer, increased after BioLink BioTime system implementation.

"This system is based on effective and widespread biometric technology — identification on fingerprints — told in BioLink Solutions. — To note arrival/leaving time, it is enough to employee to concern the scanner of prints which is switched on in structure of the TM BioLink FingerPass terminal. The BioTime system takes all further actions automatically: generates various reports, delivers them to heads of group of companies and its divisions, creates necessary selections — on the enterprise in general, to specific structural unit, the individual employee".

At the same time, the BioLink BioTime system is completely compatible to the 1C: Enterprise platform that was important already at BioTime implementation stage: the information about employees was not required to be entered into the biometric system as they were automatically broadcast in it from database 1C again. In turn, BioTime supplies the 1C Platform with information on a time recording of employees for charge of salary by it according to the number of the hours and minutes worked them.
