"Subsidiary" of Gazprom changed SAP with 1C

The subsidiary company of Gazprom -Gazprom Energoholding - at the end of April, 2013 announced request for proposals on rendering services in development and deployment of a budgeting system based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.2".

As it appears from published by terms of reference, a system should automate in structural divisions of the company the solution of such tasks as planning of data on different types of budgets for different scenarios, adjustment of planned budgets, control of execution of budgets, traffic control of money, maintaining the register of payments, the plan-fact analysis, etc. On execution of works 55 days from the date of signing of the contract will be allotted to the contractor.

It should be noted that since 2011 in Gazprom Energoholding and also Mosenergo companies and OGK-2 under control of it, the large-scale project Impulse within which the complete solution for management of all administrative and operating activities based on a SAP software is implemented is implemented. In the solution description in corporate editions of "subsidiaries" of Gazprom Energoholding it is said that its functionality covers, including, and budgeting.

Using a system based on SAP in the companies of holding it is going "conclude in uniform space processes of maintaining agreements, managerial, accounting and tax accounting, sales and productive activity, management of supply of MTR and a MRO, management of finance and investments, a business intelligence and budgeting, the normative reference information, information security", said in one of issues of the corporate newspaper "Generation" of OGK-2 company.

In March, 2013 the solution based on SAP in Gazprom energoholding, Mosenergo and OGK-2 was put into trial operation, and the beginning of its commercial operation is planned for June, 2013. By the beginning of trial operation users underwent distance learning on work with a system.

Let's remind that the SAP platform is defined in Gazprom as the basic solution for creation of target IT architecture which, according to the IT strategy of state corporation, assumes the maximum standardization of systems for the solution of standard tasks and standardization of the used software. In 2010 Gazprom signed the five-year corporate agreement with SAP providing special conditions of purchase of licenses and support of software.
