Implementation of the complete solution Call center of Infinity and "INFOSPARK.ENERGIYA" in JSC Perm Power Supply Company

JSC Perm Power Supply Company was brought out of JSC Permenergo in the independent enterprise in 2005 as a result of large-scale reorganization and accomplishment of conditions of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation "About the Approval of Rules of Functioning of Retail Markets of Electrical Energy during a Transient Period of Reforming of Power Industry". Since September 1, 2006 the organization received the status of the Guaranteeing electricity provider in the territory of Perm Krai.

The company contains 10 regional departments and is the largest seller of the electric power in the region: according to JSC Permenergosbyt its share in the market – more than 70%. The main consumers are large industrial enterprises of Perm Krai and a housing-and-municipal complex of Prikamye.

In 2011 implementation of the software solution Call center of Infinity and Infospark.energy from Infospark was carried out to the organizations. As integrator and the chief contractor the Perm company "Infospark" acted.

Within the project the following tasks were implemented:

  • Implementation of Call center for processing of calls of clients;
  • A software setup for acceptance of meter readings of GHVS and the electric power;
  • Installation of a system of distribution and analysis of customer appeals of "INFOSPARK.ENERGIYA";
  • Integration of Infinity and "INFOSPARK.ENERGIYA" with an information help system of JSC Permenergosbyt;

"All planned works were performed qualitatively, according to technical specifications and at the scheduled time. At the same time during implementation our wishes were as much as possible considered and modern solutions in "construction" of call centers were applied, - the deputy CEO for IT of Permyenergosbyt, Ilinykh Anton comments. - Thanks to opportunities of Call center of Infinity and the analytical INFOSPARK.ENERGIYA platform we could reach provision of services new level and offer clients of JSC Permenergosbyt higher level of service.
