The Technoserv group announced in May, 2013 release of the new version of own solution "The National Platform Helios of the CU — 112" adapted to work in the virtualized environments.
"The national platform Helios of the CU – 112" (NP Helios CU - 112) is the end-to-end information system of ensuring acceptance and processing of appeals of the population to the emergency operational services developed by Technoserv by uniform number "112". The solution includes in the structure both program, and infrastructure components. The special software "NP Helios CU - 112" is developed by the Reksoft company entering into the Technoserv Group. During creation of a System-112 in the region Technoserv executes a full range of works, beginning from all-construction works, supply of equipment and creation of the corresponding ICT infrastructure (DPC, TsOV) and finishing with information security support and integration of the platform "NP Helios CU – 112" with information systems of departments of the region.
Gain of participation of regions in implementation of the federal target program "Creation of a System of Providing a Call of the Emergency Operational Services by Uniform Number "112" in the Russian Federation for 2012 - 2017" imposes new requirements of the systems of this class. First of all the solution should be adapted to already created various technical and system infrastructure of each of regions. Development of the new version of the solution "NP Helios CU - 112", adapted to work in the virtualized environments was directed to the solution of this task. It opens new opportunities for system deployment both based on own DPC of the region, and based on the rented capacities of commercial or departmental data center. The new version "NP Helios CU - 112" provides flexible scaling concerning the number of users and loading, supports work with "thin clients". At the same time high-quality work in the virtualized environment based on the multivendor equipment is supported.
In completion of development of "Reksoft" by specialists stress testing on the platform during which 30 simultaneous calls and more than 85000 calls were simulated per day was held. Tests showed that the solution has the increased fault tolerance and the high level of performance.
