"Old man Khottabych" starts a management system for document flow

The Homnet Consulting company completed implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product in federal network of interior solutions and a decor "the CX Retail", the press service of integrator reported on May 13, 2013.

Background

Before implementation of an information system of electronic document management work in company "CX Retail" was conducted on paper and electronic media, manually. It was required to reduce labor input of technology accounting processes and labor input of employees in work with documents.

The company management made the decision to automate document flow using the software product of 1C Company - "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP". As integrator the Homnet Consulting company is selected.

According to the list

During the project before the contractor there were tasks:

• Create bases of registration and storage of the entering, outgoing and internal documents;
• Configure search in the database;
• Create a centralized system of document storage;
• Create regulations of electronic document management.

Works

Employees Homnet Consulting performed works in the delivered time: made the necessary settings "1C: Document Flow 8" according to requirements of the customer, trained key staff of the company "CX Retail" in work with a system.

Implementation allowed to solve problems of automation of accounting of documents, automation of interaction of employees, control of performing discipline and the analysis of document flow:

• accounting of the entering, outgoing and internal documents;
• storage of files, their editing and control of versions;
• the automated loading of documents from e-mail;
• automation of key business processes – consideration, execution;
• approval, statement, registration, acquaintance.
