The Omega group automated GKU "The Centralized Accounting of Frunzensky District Administration" system implementation of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting, the press service of integrator reported on May 13, 2013.

Start

"The centralized accounting of Frunzensky District Administration" services more than 100 state-financed enterprises of the area. The main objectives and functions of the Centralized accounting are in organizing effective accounting for the serviced organizations, to control rational and economical expenditure of budgetary and extrabudgetary funds by them. The Central Bank provides timely payment of all put monetary charges to the staff of the organizations, prepares the reporting for organizations of different type (state, budget, autonomous), conducts settlings with partners of the entrusted organizations, is engaged organizational and the equipment of the procedures connected with placement of the state order.

The modern automation system is necessary for high-quality work and successful accomplishment of the functions of accounting. With respect thereto in the spring of 2012 the management of "The centralized accounting of Frunzensky District Administration" made the decision on implementation of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As integrator the Omega Group is attracted.

Implementation

During the project departments are automated:

  • material accounting (keeps fixed asset accounting and material stocks, carries out annual inventories of property in organizations, is responsible for preparation of accounting documents for write-off of fixed assets, creates and submits reports on property of organizations in the tax inspection);
  • financial accounting (keeps business and tax accounting of financial and economic activity of organizations, creates and submits reports in Management of Committee of finance and the tax inspection, makes payments in a cash and non-cash form);
  • power supply accounting (keeps account of all transactions connected with acquisition and write-off of food and also food services in organizations of education. Also controls a parent payment for keeping of children in educational institutions, issues references);
  • energy saving accounting (also the analysis of consumption of fuel and energy resources and water keeps account, is responsible for the general interaction with the organizations monopolists).

Developments of Omega Group are implemented:

  • the organization of information exchange between 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and the program of treasury of St. Petersburg;
  • accounting and calculation of a parent payment in preschool educational institution according to the Law of St. Petersburg of February 7, 2008 N 27-8 "About a payment for keeping of the child in the educational institutions implementing the main general education program of preschool education".

Results

The single system of accounting of all subordinated organizations is created. Means of the organizations are spent more rationally and economically, organizations provide the reporting to all instances in time.

Pavel Shtrek, the director of GKU "The Centralized Accounting", noted: "It is possible to tell with confidence that results of system implementation of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting positive. The main outcome of work was the fact that teachers, tutors, doctors and other staff of budgetary institutions get paid also other money payments in time, the organizations always timely are calculated with partners, have an opportunity economically and rationally to spend all received means, process of acceptance and transfer of payment of services in the organizations became simpler. In general the efficiency of accounting significantly grew".
