Content

KER "Automatic equipment" optimized processes of work with incoming correspondence by means of system implementation of DIRECTUM with the assistance of Projects and Solutions integrator, the press service of developer reported on May 14, 2013.

Approaches

In 2012 the management of management company set the task of the choice of an electronic document management system for IT department. According to the results of the analysis of EDMS, provided by leading manufacturers, a choice was made for benefit of DIRECTUM. The main factors became: rich functionality, a user-friendly interface, sales opportunity of any completions, ability to integrate with 1C.

All works on implementation are carried out by Projects and Solutions company.

Solution

The implementation project of a system is begun in October, 2012. Teachers of the center of the certified training "Projects and Solutions" provided user training and system administrators.

For May 15, 2013 are put in trial operation:

  • Service Desk.
  • Work with incoming letters, performance of resolutions.
  • Document flow on projects and objects.
  • Work through E-mail client.

Development of technical specifications on integration about 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management is completed. Work on problems of consideration of requests is conducted – standard considerations of routes, approvals, acceptance of works and control of execution of requests for service and repair of equipment are configured. Work with memos is automated.

Objectives

During the next stages of implementation works are planned:

  • processings of outgoing letters and orders;
  • approval of admission on objects;
  • management of business trips;
  • approval of statements;
  • management of meetings;
  • contract management.
