TNK-BP optimizes process of search of affiliates

The Andek company reported on April 9, 2013: the project on creation of an automated system of check of affiliation of partners - Andek is complete : Check of partners, in TNK-BP company.

Steps to success

The project on system development passed in three stages. At the beginning the project team created requirements to a system and developed its design project. After system development, its integration with data sources, settings and testings, user training of the customer is provided.

A system allows to find in the automatic mode communications between the partners participating in tenders of TNK-BP company and to visually display them that allows to optimize process of search of affiliation, and, as a result, allows to minimize labor costs when conducting checks

At the final stage trial operation of a system is carried out, defects are eliminated.

Vladimir Gaykovich, the CEO of the company "Andek" noted: "It is necessary to understand that check even of such small number of objects as 5 companies means need of carrying out the analysis more than 1.5 thousand objects. Implementation of an automated system "Andek: Check of partners" allowed to reduce significantly labor costs when conducting checks and to increase the number of the carried-out inspections per unit of time due to increase in speed of collecting and consolidation of information on partners, reduction of search time of their affiliation.
