Automation of activity of UK Gruppa 100 LLC company using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"

Activity of UK Gruppa 100 LLC company, first of all, is directed to satisfaction of requirements of the oil and gas and power enterprises for the hi-tech equipment, the innovative developments and the modern service layer.

Earlier account in the company was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting. Some reports had to be created manually. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions.

The information system which would allow to automate all types of accounting, including production, operational, accounting, tax, personnel records and payroll in one program was required for the company. The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) as it has staff of qualified specialists and has successful experience of automation of the similar enterprises.

During the project training of employees at jobs was provided, installation and setup of a system are made, detailed user instructions are developed. In total 20 jobs were automated.

As a result of implementation the transparency of accounting at the enterprise and efficiency of obtaining information by the management necessary for acceptance of management decisions considerably increased. Accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the organization is in the future planned.
