Effective logistics (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

Automation of activity of Effective Logistics company based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

Effektivnaya Logistika LLC renders forwarding and logistics services on delivery and maintenance of loads and conducts the activity since 2004.

The information system which was used at the enterprise not fully provided needs of the client. In particular there were no mechanisms for conducting management accounting in required analytical cuts, there was no number of the regulated forms of accounting and tax statements because of what some types of the reporting had to be created in manual. The management made the decision on implementation of a modern information system for optimization of conducting production, operational and inventory accounting.

For the purpose of selection and software implementation the management of the enterprise addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experiment on automation of the logistic companies and having the certificate of ISO 9001:2000.

As the software product the solution "was selected by 1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8". This program was selected because it allows to keep managerial and regulated account in a single system, being based on the same primary data that became one of the main advantages in the choice of the program and also its ample opportunities to scalability. Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) provided training of employees, made installation and setup of the program.

By this moment 35 jobs are automated and the following subsystems are put into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting,
• Payroll and personnel records,
• Purchases and sales,
• Management of a warehouse.

As a result the enterprise received the end-to-end managerial system which integrated management of key business processes in a common information space. It allowed to organize and regulate interaction of divisions concerning providing information. Labor productivity of the employees working in the program increased. The efficiency of activity of the enterprise in general increased. Itemized statements on the budget and financial transactions form in the mode "online". The company management plans cash flow and predicts a financial situation of the enterprise taking into account different factors and exact state-of-health data of affairs current and previous periods.

Specialists of the company "1C:" all assigned tasks could implement Accounting and Trade (AT) and it is in the future going to cooperate concerning further development of a system according to specific requirements of our company.
