The project of development and deployment of Uniform methodology of budgeting, accounting and reporting in 198 KZhI Ltd with the subsequent automation using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

By 198 kombinat zhelezobetonnykh izdely Ltd it was organized in 1952 based on the plant of shlakoblochny products for providing with products from steel concrete of buildings of the Ministry of Defence of the USSR. Now the enterprise makes the socle panels revetted and not revetted outside wall panels, outside wall panels with finishing "dummy joint", internal wall panels, plates of overlappings multihollow, any length upon the demand of the customer, ladder marches and platforms, elements of loggias, a frieze parapet, blocks base, jumpers, steel concrete trays and their overlappings, steel concrete elements of fences (intaking barriers) and other precast concrete. Specialists of plant develop and implement the construction of flexible communications which does not have an analog for outside wall panels that allowed to cut more than by half the number of communications in finished products. The enterprise is basic plant on production of parts of with the efficiency of 111M series. In 2005 constructions karkasno – the 100 thousand cubic meters monolithic house in a year are mastered. On all concrete-mixing nodes concrete is produced in the automated mode.

As the main configuration it was selected "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". For process automation of Budgeting, Treasury, contract management, the product "was selected by BIT .FINANS: Management accounting". Works began in August, 2010, passed to a new system since January 1, 2011 with Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) means of data transfer from the old configuration "1C: Accounting PROF" on the platform "were developed by 1C: Predlpriyatiye 7.7". All key users were trained in 1C: Accounting and Trade training center (BITS) based on a training course "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade (BIT) also complemented functionality of a standard configuration with necessary services, for example, added services of filling of the typical technological work order with data on drivers and vehicles, automatic formation of price-work dresses on the basis of operational production documents, modified the standard report the Official report to the head for the deep analysis, developed the unique report "Complete calculation of actual cost" which visualizes "explosion" of finished goods and all intermediate semi-finished products to materials of the "lowermost" level, etc. services. The developed system interacts with a local production scheduling system of the "lower" level.

For access isolation new roles of a configuration are added (contract management, IFRS, a role with the right of viewing information and dr). Procedures of data exchange with the adjacent systems including the third-party developer functioning at the Customer are finished. Algorithms of migration of documents and reference books in distributed environment are implemented.

Regarding Budgeting settings of input of planned data including as Production, Sales plan, "Cost calculation and cost values of production", "Allocation of costs on release", Balance estimation are made. Sources of obtaining actual data in the automatic mode are configured, all required budget forms are configured for automatic receiving, including: "Production", Industrial production, "Plan of maintenance of OF in operating state", "Key indicators of financial and economic activity" and many others. Processing of simultaneous unloading in Excel of all packet of report forms of process of budgeting is developed for the approval by company management and holding. Based on this project the customer received the setup of the program which is most worked under the needs. There was an opportunity to use expanded analytics of accounting (RAUZ) that gave the chance to obtain data on product cost more detailed and exact, for example, to consider cost value of semi-finished products, such as reinforcing sets, the possibility of cost accounting to a unit of production, an opportunity to consider costs for metallization by forces of third-party processors by means of the standard mechanism "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is provided. Thanks to automation management of cost value of transportations became possible that led to cost optimization on the transportations of products of the enterprise (steel concrete panels) performed both by own, and attracted transport. Also accountants of the enterprise in the automatic mode began to receive tax statements.
