the project of automation of Orenburg Vodokanal company based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 is complete. Orenburg Vodokanal LLC under control of UK "ROSVODOKANAL" is engaged in water supply and water disposal in the city of Orenburg.

The information system which was used at the enterprise not fully provided needs of the client. In particular there were no mechanisms for conducting management accounting in required analytical cuts, there was no number of the regulated forms of accounting and tax statements. The management made the decision on implementation of the modern IC for optimization of conducting accounting and tax accounting.

For implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which has extensive experience of implementation of similar projects and has enough highly qualified specialists was selected.

As the software product the solution "was selected by 1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8". This program was selected as its opportunities allow to have the end-to-end information system for conducting accounting, tax and production accounting which is completely reflecting all processes of the company, most automating work of users, and also for its ample opportunities of scalability.

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) made sale, provided training of employees, made installation and setup of the program.

By this moment 85 jobs are automated and the following subsystems are put into operation:

  • Accounting
  • Tax accounting
  • Payroll calculation
  • Personnel management

In particular in the short term we are going to implement subsystems: production management - maintaining the arrays of the normative reference information necessary for planning and accounting of production of finished goods, accounting and the analysis of production costs, calculation of planned and actual cost.

As a result the enterprise received the end-to-end managerial system which integrated management of key business processes in a common information space. It allowed to organize and regulate interaction of divisions concerning providing information. Labor productivity of the employees working in the program increased. The efficiency of activity of the enterprise in general increased. The company management plans cash flow and predicts a financial situation of the enterprise taking into account different factors and exact state-of-health data of affairs current and previous periods.

Now information support of the customer is performed, further upgrade of an information system is planned.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer
