AVK-Holding (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

The project of automation of accounting in AVK-Holding LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The AVK-Holding LLC company is founded in 2007 for implementation of management in various sectors of the economy. The enterprises are performed by activity in mountain, energy, nature protection and other projects.

Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The company "1C became the partner in maintenance: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of implementation of similar projects and having big staff of qualified specialists.

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" made sale and installation of a system, gave methodological and consulting support to users on work with a system, provided user training in workplaces.

Thanks to implementation accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.
