Parktaym (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

Process of implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product in PARKTAYM company is complete.

PARKTAYM LLC company in the market of the automated parkings since 1997. It provides all necessary works on design, development, production, installation, service support, warranty and post warranty service of the automated PARKTAYM parkings. The main activity of the company are the automated parkings and also razrabotka production of automatic parkings.

Before implementation at the enterprise used the self-written software product on the basis of MSOfficeExcel using which it was difficult to control stock balance and to plan purchases of the necessary descriptions of goods. The program did not cope also with the increasing information volume. One of problems consisted in features of sales accounting of products. As the software product for the new IC the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which allowed to control shipments and stock balance and also to consider the specific scheme of formation of orders of buyers and work with dealers was selected. For implementing solution the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which has extensive experience of implementation of similar projects and has enough highly qualified specialists in automation of production trade enterprises was selected.

During the project specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated 10 jobs, and brought the following subsystems into operation:

• Warehouse and logistics, including:

• Management of an order warehouse
• Management of an order warehouse and reservation of Inventories
• Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management
• Order placement to suppliers
• Accounting of arrival of Inventories

• Settlement with suppliers
• Sales (sale), service, marketing
• Order placement of buyers
• Pricing, price lists
• Sales accounting of Inventories
• Settlement with buyers
• Wholesale

As a result of implementation the specific scheme of a design of sales is completely implemented and the workplace of the manager of sales is automated. Interaction between departments improved, data analysis and works became more transparent. The convenient system of conducting inventory accounting turned out, it the paramount objectives are achieved. Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company provide (BIT) continued support and further accounting automation is planned.
