The main activity of Betas LLC company is production of construction materials (concrete and asphalt concrete mixes).

The information system which was used at the enterprise not fully provided needs of the client. In particular there were no mechanisms for conducting management accounting in required analytical cuts, there was no number of the regulated forms of accounting and tax statements because of what some types of the reporting had to be created in manual. The management made the decision on implementation of a modern information system for optimization of conducting production, operational and inventory accounting.

For the purpose of selection and software implementation the management of the enterprise addressed to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experiment on automation of the companies in the field of production and having the certificate of ISO 9001:2000.

As the software product the solution "was selected by 1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8".

Conducting the managerial and regulated accounting in a single system which is based on the same primary data became one of the main advantages in the choice of the program, and also its ample opportunities to scalability.

Specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) made installation and setup of the program. By this moment 7 jobs are automated and the following subsystems are put into operation:

• Personnel management
• Production management
• Products cost accounting
• Supply chain management

As a result the enterprise received the end-to-end managerial system which integrated management of key business processes in a common information space. It allowed to organize and regulate interaction of divisions concerning providing information. Labor productivity of the employees working in the program increased. The efficiency of activity of the enterprise in general increased. Specialists of the company "1C:" all assigned tasks could implement Accounting and Trade (AT) and it is in the future going to cooperate concerning maintenance.
