The Profkonsalting limited liability company performs activity in the field of the right, accounting and audit; consultation on questions of a business activity and enterprise management.

Earlier account in the company was kept using spreadsheets, paper carriers and databases which formed manually. Accounting functions were often duplicated, information zadvaivatsya, there were errors in accounting. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks and specifics of activity of the enterprise was selected. The company "1C became the partner in implementation and maintenance: The first BIT", having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists. Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" accompanied the project, giving consulting and methodological support the user.

As a result of implementation accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The quantity of errors at information input decreased that affects reliability of credentials. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased.

Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the organization is in the future planned.
