Automation of accounting using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in Tekhnekon TD LLC company is complete"

The Tekhnekon company since 1992 is engaged in development, production and implementation of a wide number of systems for diagnostics of technical condition and protection of industrial equipment.

Earlier account in the company was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization. Some reports had to be created manually. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other.

The information system which would allow to automate all types of accounting, including production, operational and regulated in one system was required for the company. The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to specifics of activity of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) as it has staff of qualified specialists and has successful experience of automation of the similar enterprises.

During the project training of employees at jobs was provided, installation and setup of a system are made, detailed user instructions are developed. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Accounting;
• Tax accounting.

Thanks to implementation the transparency of accounting at the enterprise and efficiency of obtaining information by the management necessary for acceptance of management decisions considerably increased. Accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually.

Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the organization is in the future planned.
