Automation of accounting using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in EPG Production LLC company is complete

EPG Production this production division of EVROPOS GROUP company. The company is engaged in production and sale of the wide range of the trade and advertizing equipment and component parts for advertizing, shops and offices.

Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, difficulties at reservation of inventory items. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The company "1C became the partner in maintenance: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of implementation of similar projects and having big staff of qualified specialists.

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" accompanied the project, giving methodological and consulting support to users on work with a system. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Inventory management.

Thanks to implementation accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse. The reliability and speed of preparation of reports for the management increased.

Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.
