Implementation of software "1C is complete: Managements of manufacturing enterprise 8" in POLUS-ST LLC company

The innovative company of POLUS-ST LLC (till 2006 - "Geolink-Polyus") since 2000 successfully presents own developments at the Russian market of security security systems. Principal direction of activity of the company — development and production of autonomous signaling complexes of protection of perimeter and extended boundaries of the area.

The information system which was used at the enterprise not fully provided needs of the client. In particular, she was not capable to reflect a picture of activity of the company in general and to perform full efficiency analysis of trade operations. There were no mechanisms for conducting management accounting in required analytical cuts.

The company management made the decision on implementation of the information system conforming to modern requirements of the enterprise. As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" as its functionality satisfies to requirements of the company was selected, a system is available, scaled and is easily configured. The main objective of implementation was ensuring operating control of production taking into account specifics of the enterprise.

As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected, is Competence Center on production and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises. During the project training of employees is provided, 10 jobs are automated and the following subsystems are brought into commercial operation:

Warehouse and logistics, including:

• Management of warehouse stocks
• Management of an order warehouse
• Management of an order warehouse and reservation of Inventories

Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management

• Order placement to suppliers
• Accounting of arrival of Inventories
• Vendor relationship management
• Settlement with suppliers

Sales (sale), service, marketing

• Order placement of buyers
• Pricing, price lists
• Sales accounting of Inventories

During the project specialists "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) provided user training, made installation and configured software products according to the imposed requirements. As a result the company received the system which is completely automating production processes (from creation of the order before production) with automatic creation of all manufacturing documentation and a mark of all repartitions. Correctly and quickly normative cost value of products forms that was a big problem in the past. Thanks to detailed accounting of returnable production wastes, the accuracy of an inventory control considerably increased. Time of formation of production reports and reports for the management was significantly reduced. Now information technical support of users is performed.
