Automation of activity of EF Pyat Service LLC company using software "1C is complete: Management of project organization 8"

The F5 SERVICE company is the Russian representative office of the German group "F5" GmbH which provides 40 years services in the field of service and purity for hotels and restaurants in countries of Western Europe. Now in Russia our company has valuable experience in providing skilled staff, including supervisors for maintenance of purity and service. The F5-SERVICE company in Russia works more than 5 years at the market of outsourcing services, constantly improving the experience in area of service and purity. "F5-SERVICE" offers services in providing the prepared personnel for hotels, boarding houses, restaurants, the commercial areas.

Earlier at the enterprise the self-written information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of primary regulated accounting and financial statements, difficulty at cash management, and project works. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

The choice was stopped on the software product "by 1C: Management of project organization 8" which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to specifics of activity of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system The First BIT company (1C: Accounting and Trade) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.

During implementation by specialists of The First BIT company (1C: Accounting and Trade) installation and setup of a system were made, user training in workplaces is provided, methodological and consulting support is given. In total it was automated the 10th jobs and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Accounting;
• Tax accounting;
• Purchase management;
• Cash management;
• Management of project office.

As a result accountant officers and finance division got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. A system allowed to integrate projects in programs and portfolios. The Payment schedule function is automated. The subsystem provides the managers who are responsible for supply, information necessary for timely decision making on replenishment action. The number of errors in accounting decreased.

Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise is in the future planned.
