Automation of activity of Russia Ltd company using software "1C is complete: Management of agricultural enterprise 8"

The Russia private company performs activity in the field of agriculture. Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of primary regulated accounting and financial statements, difficulty at management and planning of agricultural processes. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

The choice was stopped on the software product "by 1C: Management of agricultural enterprise 8" which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to specifics of activity of the company. As the partner in implementation and maintenance of a system the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) as it has staff of qualified specialists and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) accompanied the project, giving methodological and consulting support to users. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Accounting;
• Tax accounting
• Order management in production

Thanks to implementation accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. The number of errors in accounting decreased. Quicker reports for the management form. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise is in the future planned.

• Delivery of software products in office of the customer
• Software installation on the customer's computers
