• recalculation on services; mass press account notifications; delivery of payments on personal accounts;
• maintaining history on personal accounts on the charges living to counters, privileges;
• representation on business accounts of the enterprise of charges for utilities, etc.;
• sending the account notifications on e-mail to homeowners.

Automation of the main business processes has a positive impact on dynamics of development of the company, allowed to improve customer service.
