Content

Specialists of the Kiev division of the company "1C: The first BIT" automated activity of online store of jewelry of "Madam Bizhur" program installation "1C:Enterprise 8. Trade management for Ukraine" also connected an electronic retail store equipment, the press service of integrator reported on May 17, 2013.

Objectives

In customer company, from the moment of business opening, for accounting of goods used spreadsheets. For the purpose of increase in accuracy and transparency of accounting the guide of the customer decided to automate these processes.

Works

The contractor of the project defines the company "by 1C: The first BIT". Delivery, installation and setup of a system "1C:Enterprise 8 is implemented . Trade management for Ukraine". The scanner of the barcode Proton IMS-5190 complete with the USB cable is connected, operational data exchange between it and the program is provided. Printed form of labels was configured on individual customer requirements. All users were trained.

The enterprise has an opportunity:

  • exercise control of settlement with partners according to several schemes (under agreements and transactions) with the different detail levels.
  • keep account of goods by different positions.
  • select the most optimal control circuit orders of buyers. For example, strategy of minimization of a warehouse remaining balance, necessary for service of orders.
  • plan and control sales, as in natural, and in terms of money
  • manage warehouse stocks and purchases. Lot-based accounting is implemented. In a system it is easy to trace information on existence of goods in a warehouse and to resupply timely.
  • support the customer base. Data on all clients with personal notes are consolidated in uniform space that the client - the focused approach allows to apply.
  • the subsystem of pricing solves problems of management of selling prices of goods, gives ample opportunities for creation of different schemes of pricing and discounts.
  • integration with a retail store equipment provides instant data recording, accelerates customer service process.

Result

Implementation provided transparent accounting of goods. All data on sales, deliveries, partners and movement of products are consolidated in a common information space that facilitates their processing and the analysis. It became simpler to control completion dates of instructions. It positively influenced workflows - the safety of the customer base increased twice, by 3 times – the processing speed of orders.
