Implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 in the construction organization Inkomstroy LLC

Cooperation with branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) - Kazan began in June, 2007. PRP Inkomstroy LLC purchased the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system on 10 jobs. The enterprise specializes in construction of houses of the residential complex.

Earlier at the enterprise the program based on the software products "1C: Enterprise 7.7" was applied to automation of accounting, tax accounting, payroll. Desire of the management to obtain quickly information on income and expenses of the enterprise served as the reasons for system implementation of automation.

The objects set for the project:

• Improvement of quality of business processes
• Exception of repeated information input
• Integration with enterprise information systems
• Reporting for presentation in state bodies
• A possibility of development based on this solution of management accounting.

When choosing the software the management of the enterprise proceeded from the following factors: 1. The software based on the products "1C: Enterprise" is mass 2. In the market of rendering information services there is a sufficient number of qualified specialists in setup and support of programs of 1C, etc.

The specifics of implementation at the enterprise were as follows: 1. Account of all costs at the enterprise should be kept with detailing on construction objects 2. Possibility of obtaining information on profitability of each of construction objects.

In the course of automation the following functional circuits were implemented:

• Circuit "Personnel records of the organizations";
• Circuit "Calculations from the salary of the organizations";
• Circuit "Cash management";
• Inventory management;
• Purchase management;
• Cost management.
