Automation of Iplana Trading house based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product

The IPLANA company was founded in 1993 at a stage of development of conversion programs, implementing the potential production of rocket and space corporation. The main activities of our company are:

• Production and implementation of eaves for curtains, decorative powders for fastening of floor coverings, etc.
• Production and delivery of aluminum shapes of different function
• Production and implementation of bent profiles from thin sheet steel
• Finishing machining of a surface, anodizing, polymeric powder covering
• Production and installation of translucent constructions from the aluminum shape.

For system implementation desire of company management of complex automation in enough short time, accounting of different sections in uniform base (before in the company worked in the different accounting systems), and a possibility of accounting on several organizations in one base was the reason.

For these purposes the management selected the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system as the solution, the most suitable for tasks of the company.

Automation took place in several stages: at first the enterprise accounting (are transferred from the accounting program of other developer) was automated, then purchases and sales are connected (are transferred from 1C: Predpriyatiya7.7), then production process is automated (it is transferred from Excel).

• Payroll calculation
• Settlings with advance holders
• Overalls and special equipment
• Management of settlement
• Product data management (including specifications)
• Order management
• Purchase management
• Inventory management
• Production planning on changes

Configuration changes were carried out in process of connection of sections. The rights and interfaces, printed forms, reports are configured. The functionality of autocompletion of documents taking into account specifics of the Customer, service procedures and processings for simplification of work of users is written (it is a lot of nomenclature positions with which there is a work).

It is going to automate:

• Budgeting
• Sales planning, productions, purchases
• Cash management
• Management of the relations with partners (CRM, SRM)
• Production planning on changes

From the contractor 2 programmer, the consultant and 1 Project manager took part in the project, from client side 1 representative of IT of service and 1 consultant participated. During implementation the personnel are trained in work with the program. Trial operation, operational testing was made, and after elimination of all defects of software it is put into commercial operation.

The most significant achievement of automation of this company based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 is that this system allowed to keep account of activity of the enterprise in uniform base.

Transfer to 1C: Enterprise 8.1 for the purpose of use of all opportunities of the new platform is planned.
