Automation of accounting in Alpina LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The Alpina Pablisher limited liability company is the Russian book publishing house specializing in release of books on economy, management, self-development, applied psychology, policy, finance, banking and securities. In addition to books in a paper form publishes audiobooks, videocourses and e-books. Renders promotion, publishing and agency services, services of the electronic publication, services in transfer, publishing preparation, design, imposition and polygraphy.

Earlier accounting and tax accounting in the company was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization. There was no efficiency in accounting. Accounting functions were often duplicated, information zadvaivatsya. Many transactions had to be executed manually. Production was not automated up to standard. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions. The information system which would allow to automate operational accounting, accounting, tax, personnel records and payroll in one program was required.

The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the organization. As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected and has the status of Competence Center on production. During the project specialists of BIT company made installation and setup of a system, user training in workplaces is provided and consultations are rendered to employees on work with the program.

In total 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Personnel management;
  • Cash management;
  • Order management of buyers;
  • Order management in production;
  • Purchase management, production;
  • Products cost accounting.

As a result load of accountant officers and finance division decreased, performance of their work increased. The reliability and speed of preparation of reports for the management increased. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to control production processes of date of transmission of materials in production before finished product output. Production operations automatically are reflected in accounting and tax accounting. An opportunity to quickly place orders of buyers in supplier orders, to reserve goods in a warehouse, to control delivery time of goods is implemented. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the organization is in the future planned.

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Individual training at office of the customer
