Content

As a result of implementation of the software product "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8. PROF" at the Perspektiva Education center enterprise calculation of compensation payments, allowances and awards to employees is significantly facilitated, the press service of integrator in the project - 1C reported : The first BIT on May 17, 2013.

Background

The company management made the decision on implementation of the modern software product which allowed to automate personnel records, payroll, calculation of the regulated taxes and payments for personnel. The system which is earlier used for these purposes became outdated and ceased to meet the requirements regarding efficiency of accounting, control and work planning. Besides, it is necessary to optimize personnel management processes, personnel recruitment, planning of employee occupation and a time recording.

Job

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" installed the program, configured it under specifics of activity of education center. Loaded the address qualifier, "Responsible persons of the company" and "Account policy (tax accounting)" prepared for work registers of data. Made a number of recommendations about determination of account policy in a system, provided user training.

Settlement processes of the salary, accounting and personnel recruitment, the analysis of personnel structure, time recording and planning of employee occupation are as a result automated.

Result

Terms of formation of documents for issue and deposition of salary were reduced. The customer company received convenient tools for assessment of personnel structure that helps to react timely to the need for new employees, to plan training and personnel development. Thanks to transparency and efficiency of calculations and more rational load distribution the loyalty of workers to the company grows.

The management obtains up-to-date information about settlement with employees and can predict future staff expenses with high degree of reliability.
