The Automated control systems company completes accounting automation

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project on implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of construction organization 8" in Avtomatizirovannye Sistemy Upravleniya LLC, the press service of the company reported on May 20, 2013.

Start

Earlier accounting service of the enterprise used the self-written software product for accounting. It was inconvenient in use. Many transactions had to be performed manually. It took a lot of time and forces, increased load of personnel.

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of department and improvement of quality of the prepared reporting the company management decided to set the modern software on 1C: Enterprise platform 8. For bigger efficiency the client selected a system with an industry bias - "1C:Enterprise 8. Accounting of construction organization 8".

Implementation

Delivery, installation and tuning of the program were performed by 1C specialists: The first BIT. Consultations on use of a product are held. The address qualifier and the qualifier of banks is loaded, the limit of cash desk is delivered. Preparation of the reporting for accounting and the different controlling instances in a paper and electronic form is fulfilled. All users were trained.

Result

As a result of automation of the main transactions of accounting department procedures of formation of the regulated reporting became simpler, account of banking and cash activities is kept, reports quickly form, the objectivity of estimates of a financial status of the company increased.
