Work of department of motor transport of Obrey company is automated

For the purpose of optimization of a company performance, the management of PSK "Obrey" decided to automate department of motor transport: systematize its work, increase control and employee performance, to perform operations by more transparent. Soft-Unity offered the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management system and implemented an implementation project, the press service of the company reported on May 20, 2013.

Selection

Most significant for the customer became functionality of a product:

• Possibility of order placement on vehicles, formations of route sheets and the daily order;
• Accounting of repair and routine maintenance of motor transport;
• Maintaining rates and price lists for transport services, calculation of their cost, formation of acts and accounts;
• An opportunity to accrue the payroll to drivers and to create the sheet of a time recording;
• Possibility of processing of waybills of the special equipment, cargo and cars;
• Setup of consumption rates of the fuels and lubricants (FL), accounting of receipt and issue of fuel and lubricants;
• Accounting of the installed buses, accumulators, first-aid kits and any equipment.

Specialists of Soft-Unity executed installation of the software product on jobs of users and made setup taking into account features of business. When On readiness for use teachers of training center of the contractor provided elementary education of employees of the customer.

Result

Implementation "1C: Motor Vehicle Management" made possible more convenient accounting of motor transportation division in PSK "Obrey", increased efficiency of personnel and built business processes in this department.
