Automation of activity of SP of Shvetsova N.I. based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"

The individual entrepreneur Shvetsova Natalya Ivanovna performs production and sale of furniture.

Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties at production management, difficulty by preparation of the regulated reporting. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of implementation of similar projects and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation and maintenance.

During the project was installation and setup of the program are made, user training is provided and consultations on work with a system are rendered. In total 15 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
  • Personnel management;
  • Product data management – structure of a product;
  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Order management of buyers;
  • Order management in production;
  • Certification of the nomenclature;
  • Purchase management, stocks, sales;
  • Management of retail;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Purchase planning.

Thanks to implementation the company received the unified information system for conducting production, operational and regulated accounting. Accountant officers and finance division got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse, to create orders of buyers, to plan purchases, to control profitability of sales. Emergence of shortages and regrading is almost excluded. Production processes automatically are reflected in accounting and tax accounting. The reliability and speed of preparation of reports for the management increased. Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.

  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Individual training at office of the customer
