Automation of activity of SPEKTR-GROUP LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
The SPEKTR-GROUP limited liability company is the engineering company of a full stroke providing high-quality services in the field of power industry. Main activities:
- construction and reconstruction of substations and TP,
- construction and installation of networks of power supply and utilities,
- carrying out field tests and measurements,
- all-construction works.
Earlier for accounting the information system which did not provide all tasks necessary for the enterprise was used. There were difficulties during the forming of the regulated reporting, difficulties during the forming and management of warehouse stocks, reservation of inventory items in warehouses. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions.
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of functions of accounting and management the decision on automation of work of the enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was made. 1C Company became the partner in implementation and maintenance: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade), having successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises and having big staff of qualified specialists.
Specialists of 1C Company: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) performed works on installation and setup of a system, gave consulting and methodological support to users, developed detailed user instructions, provided user training in workplaces. In total 20 jobs are automated and such subsystems as are put into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Purchase management, stocks;
- Supply chain management;
- Purchase planning.
As a result load of accountant officers and finance division decreased, performance of their work increased. The regulated reporting and reports for the management is quicker prepared. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of warehouse stocks, to control purchases, to manage deliveries of inventory items.
Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.
