Automation of activity of JSC Chelyabinsky Dom Pechati using software "1C is complete: Polygraphy 8"

JSC CHELYABINSKY DOM PECHATI performs polygraphic activity and provision of services in this area.

Earlier for accounting the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there was no efficiency in preparation of the management reporting, data were duplicated, there were errors in accounting. Production was not automated up to standard. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other, there was no single accounting system. It was necessary to raise accuracy of the data for the analysis and acceptance of management decisions.

For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

The choice was stopped on the software product "by 1C: Polygraphy 8" which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements and specifics of activity of the enterprise. As the partner in a maintenance and support the company "was selected by 1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) as it has staff of qualified specialists, is Competence Center on production and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.

During implementation by specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" were made installation of a system, user training in workplaces is provided, methodological and consulting support is given to the staff of the enterprise. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Personnel management;
• Product data management – structure of a product;
• Product data management – the production technology;
• Cash management;
• Customer relationship management (CRM);
• Vendor relationship management (SRM).

As a result the reliability and speed of preparation of reports for the management increased. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. The number of errors in accounting decreased. Production operations automatically are reflected in accounting and tax accounting. Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.
