Automation of activity of Beton-M LLC company using "1C is complete: Production of construction materials"

The Beton-M LLC company which is engaged in production of concrete goods made the decision to automate the processes, as a result, was the industry solution "is purchased by 1C: Production of construction materials" which is the complete solution covering the main guidance loops and accounting which allows to organize the unified information system for management of different aspects of activity of the enterprise.

Staff of 1C: Accounting and Trade company conducted examination of processes of the company, further, modeling of these processes in the program. Installation and setup of the software product was made.

In Beton-M LLC company the following directions were automated:

• accounting;
• tax accounting;
• the cost accounting on production;
• calculation of actual cost.

Personnel training of Beton-M LLC company on work in the program was provided. Besides, the consulting work allowing to close all questions which arose at personnel of the company in the course of work with the software product was carried out.

Our Beton-M Limited liability company company specializes in production of concrete goods and other construction materials. Earlier at our enterprise the information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization was used. Tax accounting was kept manually, accounting functions zadvaivatsya, there were errors in accounting. Production was not automated. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. The new information system for conducting accounting, tax accounting, payroll calculation, production accounting was required to increase transparency of organization activity, and also to automate control of income and expenses of the organization, and formation of accounting records. We made the decision on implementation of the software product which would allow to automate all types of accounting in one program. For creation of such system we selected the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Production of construction materials" as its functionality completely corresponds to specifics of activity of our enterprise. As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises. During the project specialists of BIT company made installation of a system, collecting and requirement analysis to the program are made, setup of a system is made, data transfer from other automation systems is organized, user training in workplaces is provided, consulting and methodological support of our employees is provided. In total 15 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Payroll calculation;
• Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
• Personnel management;
• Cash management;
• Product data management – structure of a product;
• Order management in production;
• Production management;
• Certification of the nomenclature;
• Products cost accounting.

Thanks to implementation time for reporting was twice reduced, by 3 times time of providing necessary data to the management for the analysis of activity of the enterprise was reduced, by 1.5 times time for payroll was reduced. We are happy with the first project deliverables. We plan further development of a system according to specific requirements of our company.
