Automation of accounting using software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in Bytkhim LLC is complete
Bytkhim LLC is founded in 1998. Performs sale of supplies and component parts in the aluminum industry and production of refractory materials. Use of the equipment, raw materials, the advanced developments and experience of the known global manufacturers of LKM allows to improve constantly quality and to expand geography of sales of products. Earlier account in the company was kept using an information system which did not meet all requirements of the organization. There were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, difficulties with operational production and inventory control, accounting of finished goods. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made. As the software product for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to specifics of activity of the company was selected. The company "1C became the partner in implementation and maintenance: The first BIT", having successful experience of automation of similar projects and having staff of qualified specialists. During the project specialists "1C: The first BIT" made installation and setup of a system, organized training of employees at jobs, developed the specialized interface under the shipping documentation of the client, implemented integration with a data collection terminal of storekeepers, rendered consultations on work with a system. In total 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Production management, stocks.
As a result of implementation employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The salary to the employees is calculated much quicker. The quantity of errors at information input decreased that affects reliability of credentials. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. There was an opportunity to control production processes of date of transmission of materials in production before finished product output.
Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise is in the future planned.
