Automation of activity of KrasTEM LLC company based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
KrasTEM LLC is the only center of labor rehabilitation of visually impaired persons in the territory of Krasnoyarsk Krai. A founder of the enterprise is "The all-Russian public organization of disabled people "The All-Russian society of blind people of an award of the Labour Red Banner" (100% of authorized capital). The enterprise, with a total area of 9011 sq.m, has necessary infrastructure for productive activity: production workshops, administrative building, warehouse and auxiliary premises. On the available squares production sites are located: section of processing of wires, production of cable and electrotechnical products of different function, cardboard section, sewing section and section of production slate and finishing nail. All sections are equipped with the jobs adapted for work of visually impaired persons. Cardboard section - the modern equipment allows to issue a box for food products, industrial - household purpose, archive folders of different modifications of not less than 1 million boxes a month during the single-shift work. The line of production of a microcorrugated cardboard allows to let out high-quality two - three - a five-layer microcorrugated cardboard of not less than 150 thousand .kv. m a month. Ancillary equipment allows to make gluing together of boxes, sticking up of windows in boxes. All products of cardboard section are certified.
Earlier at the enterprise several information systems which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, were used. Information was duplicated, there were errors in accounting. Production was not automated up to standard. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational, personnel and regulated accounting was made.
The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation and maintenance the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.
During the project specialists of BIT company made installation and setup of a system in workplaces, user training is provided, detailed user instructions on work with the program are developed. In total 20 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Inventory management.
As a result the reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Accountant officers got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. The number of errors in accounting decreased. In the nearest future will be put into operation of a subsystem:
- Payroll calculation;
- Calculation of price-work salary for dresses.
Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company, function automation is in the future planned: Cash management.

- Installation and setup of servers, workstations and peripheral equipment
