Automation of accounting in Russky Ugol-Kuzbass LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8"
The Russian Coal company was founded in 2002. The main production company assets are located in three regions of Russia: Kemerovo, Amur regions and Republic of Khakassia. Russian Coal integrates 6 coal mines, enrichment factories and also power providing transport and repair shops. Products of Russian Coal company are delivered to 70 regions of our country and for export: to Canada, Poland, Italy, Spain, Egypt, Turkey, Bulgaria and other countries. In 2011 the volume of coal production was 9,785 thousand tons. Russian Coal is a large employer: at the enterprises of the Company about 11 thousand people work. Russky ugol-Kuzbass LLC is included into holding group JSC Russky ugol.
Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties at production management, difficulty by preparation of the regulated reporting. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.
As the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of implementation of similar projects and having big staff of qualified specialists became the partner in implementation. During the project was installation and setup of the program are made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 30 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting and tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Purchase management, stocks, sales;
- Production management;
- Products cost accounting.
Thanks to implementation the company received the unified information system for conducting production, operational and regulated accounting. Accountant officers and finance division got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse. Emergence of shortages and regrading is almost excluded. The reliability and speed of preparation of reports for the management increased. Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.

- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Individual training at office of the customer
