Having defined as priority a problem of completeness and relevance of uniform base of the centralized automated banking system of TsABS "Bank the 21st Century", "International Bank of Development" provides interaction of client managers of different segments of business on a uniform information field. The analysis of structure of the current customer base and trends of demand of products even within functionality of the designer of reports of TsABS allows to provide functionality of CRM in the field of decision making about change of business towards the relevant interests of the client.
For the solution of the main objective of CRM as tool on process control of customer interaction expansion of functionality of TsABS is planned the module "Business of the File". The taken roots order of timely fixing of information in TsABS, gives hope to avoid "Achilles' heel" of the majority of implementations of CRM - a low performance owing to irrelevance of management information because of disinterest and disorganization of management.
