Oberon company – the Russian operator of services in the field of the integrated communications – announced certification of a copper cable system in MEGADPC of Sberbank of Russia.
For 2013 put it the largest certified Panduit system in Russia. It contains 24,915 ports of category 6A.
At design was taken into account that filling of machine halls of DPC with racks with the computing equipment will gradually happen, but all engineering infrastructure, including a cable system, should be ready for 100% before input of DPC in operation.
For observance of requirements for remoteness of a copper cable system from a power supply system, the decision to place kabeleprovoda of a copper cable subsystem under a raised floor was made.
At this conjuncture specialists of Oberon applied the rare solution of Panduit company for Russia which assumes use of underground boxes of PanZone. In total under a raised floor 727 boxes for the organization of the communication centers in a zone of connection of the server hardware were set.
Also when implementing the project a multi-layer hierarchical system of marking of the SCS elements of DPC was developed. As a result each element of a system, including the box of PanZone has logical alphanumeric marking that significantly reduces time for work in use of a system.
Application of the solution using boxes of PanZone of Panduit company allowed to consider completely features of an object, including high saturation the different engineering systems, and at the same time to observe requirements of standards.
For placement of the equipment of the zones MDA (Main Distribution Area) and HDA (Horisontal Distribution Area) it was decided to use cabinets of the Net-Access series of Panduit company of 1200 mm in depth which allow to place two Cisco switches Nexus 2110 in one construct that was one of key conditions at equipment selection of this type.
