The ODIS group completed implementation of EDMS

The ODIS group completed system implementation of DIRECTUM with the assistance of MiTek company as the partner, the press service of developer reported on May 21, 2013.

Start

The DIRECTUM system implementation project in ODIS Group began in October, 2012. Implementation was performed in three companies of holding at the same time.

Implementation was based on the basic modules DIRECTUM and business solutions "Classical office-work", Contract management, "Management of meetings and meetings". Within a pilot project the following internal and end-to-end processes were automated:

• registration, consideration of incoming documents, pronouncement of resolutions and control of their execution;
• registration of outgoing and internal documents;
• approval, acquaintance and control of execution under orders and orders on primary activity;
• work with memos;
• work with requests in department of information technologies;
• approval and registration of all types of contractual documents;
• process of preparation and holding meetings and meetings;
• maintaining electronic archive of documents;
• integration with 1C systems: 8 and Prestima regarding synchronization of information on agreements and partners;
• other tasks of any processes.

The initial stage of the project was completed in March, 2013. In the unified information system about 150 employees, including the top management work. In electronic form there takes place consideration and approval of documents using the electronic digital signature, pronouncement of resolutions and control over execution of instructions. The movement of information between divisions and the companies of holding is arranged, the uniform storage of documents is created, the transparency of business processes is provided.

Results

The project on implementation ECM- systems DIRECTUM helped "ODIS" for small term to create the instrument of interaction between management company and divisions of holding, thereby accelerating document flow, increasing transparency of processes and level of performing discipline.
