M.Video transfers archive of accounting directly to virtual DPC

The M.Video company transferred archive of primary accounting documentation to an electronic form and placed it on the platform of computing resources of Virtual data center of CROC, the press service of integrator reported on May 21, 2013.

The electronic archive "M.Video" contains copies of the accounting documentation arriving from three branches. Specialists of the company send a flow of paper documents to CROC and already next day get access to them in electronic archive with a search capability, viewing, transfer and printing of documents. In a month about 40 thousand pages are processed.

"For us tax audits, insured events and other situations to whom it is required to find and submit primary accounting documents were an intolerable headache earlier. Somehow time there was even a situation when document retrieval at the request of insurance company took two months. Today on it read minutes will leave", – Christopher Parks, the chief financial officer of M.Video company emphasized.
