Optimization of work of SU-7 of Yugorskremstroygaz based on software "1C is complete: Management of construction organization 8"

In 2008 the management of Specialised department No. 7 Yugorskremstroygaz LLC made the decision on transition to a new system of the automated accounting. As such system the software product "was selected by 1C: Enterprise 8. Management of the construction organization". 1C Company acted as the partner in implementation of the program: BIT.

Specialists of 1C Company: BIT are carried out the following works:

• inspection of the enterprise, drawing up list of completions and control example;
• accomplishment of completions of the program;
• accomplishment of data transfer from the different accounting systems;
• user training to work in the program;
• start of the program in test operation since September, 2008;
• start of the program in commercial operation since January, 2009;

Now the following blocks are brought into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Management of settlement;
• Cash management;
• Inventory management;
• Personnel management;
• Payroll calculation;
• Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
• Settlings with advance holders;
• Accounting of overalls;
• Production management;

Implementation of a new system allowed to avoid work in the outdated software. As a result of the first stage of implementation the basis for complex automation of the enterprise is created. Further implementation of a management subsystem by construction production, management of AT and SM is planned.

During the project the distributed database which includes two remote divisions was constructed. Also the mobile workplace (notebook) was connected to a system.
