Implementation of software "1C is complete: Management of construction organization 8" helps PSP "Mobile Mechanical Division" to build the high-voltage power transmission lines

In 2008 the management of the production and construction enterprise "Mekhkolonna" makes the decision on transition from the inefficient, outdated software to modern specialized industry solution - "by 1C: Management of construction organization 8". At the first stage it was necessary to implement functionality of accounting and tax accounting and also adjacent functionality - accounting of overalls, fixed assets, settlement, etc. As the contractor on implementation of the software product the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) was selected. Specialists of BIT company executed complex data transfer of an old information system - all volume reference books (the nomenclature, partners, employees, etc.) given about a remaining balance in warehouses, a status of settlement and also all personnel documents and documents of salary accrual for the last 12 months were transferred. Further user training was provided and start of a system in test operation is executed. After successful submission of reports for the 3rd quarter 2008 the decision on introduction of a system to commercial operation was made.

As of March, 2009 the following subsystems are implemented:

• Accounting.
• Tax accounting.
• Payroll calculation.
• Personnel management.
• Cash management.
• Inventory management.

Blocks of budgeting and purchase planning are planned to implementation. On the implemented blocks subscriber maintenance of users is executed.
