Implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 in construction company Geostroy Ltd is complete

The Geostroy Ltd company specializes in area of the device of the pile bases, to fixing of soil, gain of the bases, works of a "zero" cycle at construction and reconstruction of civil and industrial buildings, development of the project documentation. Total number of the company – about 300 people. Main activities:

• Researches and inspection of buildings and constructions
• Development of the design estimates in a complex and according to sections
• Implementation of functions of the customer, general designer, general contractor
• Works of a "zero" cycle
• Accomplishment of all complex of construction works on reconstruction of buildings of old building using the "sparing" technologies
• Gain of the bases, injection fixing of the bases and soil of the bases, including using Jet grauting technology
• Waterproofing works
• Device of underground garages and constructions, device of enclosing structures
• Device of the pile bases
• The device of the pile bases of the increased bearing capacity
• Stabilization and fixing of weak water-saturated and dusty and clay soil for improvement of the bases at construction of highways.

In the middle of 2005 the Geostroy company decided to pass to accounting using a configuration of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program. This solution was caused by the fact that functionality of the program "1C: The contractor of construction 2.3" and was not enough performance of the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform for the solution of accounting tasks of the company. At the beginning of 2006 the enterprise passed to accounting in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program.

Since September, 2007 as the partner in development and consulting support of a software package the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) was selected. Such choice was made recognizing their of the fact that BIT takes the leading positions in the market of services in area 1C and also experience of successful implementations of software products based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

At the moment in Geostroy company in a system about 10 users work, accounting and tax accounting is kept and the following subsystems are implemented:

• Cash management,
• Management of fixed assets;
• Procedural salary;
• Cost management;
• Inventory management;
• Production management;
• Management of settlement;
• Sales management.

The budgeting subsystem is planned to implementation in the nearest future.

Implementation of the new software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The management of manufacturing enterprise" allowed to receive more complete and qualitative model of accounting at the enterprise, in required cuts to obtain data and to timely hand over accounting and tax statements. Expectations from the software product of 1C Company are met.
