"1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in ELBI Advertayzing Ltd company is complete implementation

ELBI Advertayzing Ltd is the production company which is engaged in design and production of the trade and advertizing equipment. The company exists in the market about 10 years. In the company about 400 employees, 3 directions of production (metal, plastic, furniture). The active growth of the company requiring reaching the new level of management of all information flows and business processes became the basic reason which induced the management "ELBI the Advertising" to implementation of a new end-to-end information system. In search result of an optimal solution at the beginning of 2007 the project on implementation of a software package based on "1C was begun: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8".

As the partner for consulting support the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) since it is the largest network among companies franchisees 1C was selected and also has wide experience of successful implementations of software products based on the 1C: Enterprise platform. Coordination of the project on implementation performed IT department of the company. Specialists of the Accounting company and trade gave konsultatsioony support for optimal adaptation business of processes under logic of the software product. Also a number of tools generally in the form of additional external reports of the new documents simplifying input on the basis, filling of table parts by rules characteristic only of the company of the customer was developed.

At the moment in a system about 10 users work and the following subsystems are implemented:

• purchase management;
• inventory management;
• order management;
• purchase planning;
• management of settlement;
• product data management, specifications of the nomenclature;
• cash management;
• management of fixed assets;
• management of the relations with partners;
• personnel management;
• raw materials supplied by the customer processing.

Implementation of a new system brought to essentially new level of company management. At the moment requirements of the organization exceed the existing analytical opportunities of a configuration. Now their improvement by forces of own IT department continues with consulting support of specialists of BIT company. In particular active works on start of a subsystem of payroll calculation are conducted at present.
