Automation of activity of the enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product in Referent-byuro LLC company is complete

Cooperation with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) began due to the need of complex automation of activity of our enterprise. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) has wide experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises therefore among all companies franchisees 1C, it was selected from quality of the partner in implementation.

The company is engaged in publishing and polygraphic activity and also trade in the made products.

When choosing the software product existence of all necessary functions in one software product was one of important criteria for us. The staff of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) proposed the multifunction solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform - "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". This solution assumes full maintaining three types of accounting: accounting, tax accounting and management accounting. Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) after delivery and installation of the above-stated software product provided initial training of our employees in the main subsystems of a configuration and also during implementation "1supravleniye manufacturing enterprise 8" gave consulting support. As a result of joint work the following subsystems were implemented:

  • Accounting and tax accounting
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Vendor relationship management (SRM)
  • Order management of buyers
  • Purchase management
  • Sales management
  • Management of retail

Today 10 jobs are automated. Now it is subscribed on information and technology maintenance (ITS PROF), the software product is updated within this subscription.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
