Automation of activity of the enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product in Tikhvin Complex Logging Enterprise Ltd company
For automation of activity of the enterprise the Tikhvin Complex Logging Enterprise Ltd company selected the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The management of manufacturing enterprise", this solution assumes full maintaining three types of accounting: accounting, tax accounting and management accounting. Formation of postings on all types of accounting is performed.
To the client the following functional features of the program were especially important: Work with orders
- accounting of orders of buyers, order placement by several dates of shipment, formation of payment schedules by orders of buyers;
- execution of internal orders from own divisions, warehouses, employees;
- order placement to suppliers, with a possibility of distribution by demand dates, formation of diagrams of debt on supplier orders.
Cost accounting
- a holiday of Inventories in production on demand, on limits, over a limit;
- operational accounting of Inventories in production by types of accounting of Inventories, characteristics, nomenclature series and also stages of production (runs) and batches of Inventories;
- accounting of emergence of adjustable and unrecoverable defects;
- cost accounting auxiliary and productions of services;
- raw materials supplied by the customer processing, transfer of materials to processing and on completion;
- the production cost accounting by production orders and nomenclature groups of products;
- at reflection of costs use of the ciphers of production costs (CPC);
- the cost accounting as a part of products in detail, by cost items on all cycle of production, on months of production.
Management of warehouse stocks
- accounting of Inventories in warehouses by stages of production (runs);
- a possibility of use of the mechanism of an independent order warehouse, accounting of structure of a warehouse (passes, racks, cells, etc.) – the storekeeper's tool;
- accounting of Inventories in warehouses in three independent units of measure.
Using the implemented configuration at the client the labor input of accounting was reduced.
As a result of joint work the following subsystems were implemented:
- Cash management
- Order management of buyers
- Purchase management
- Inventory management
- Sales management
And at the moment are implemented also also such subsystems as:
- Accounting and tax accounting
- Payroll calculation
- Calculation of price-work salary for dresses
- Personnel management
Now it is subscribed on information and technology support of the software product (ITS).
The Following Tasks Were Performed:
- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Sale of the selected software products
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
