Profleks joint venture (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

Automation of accounting in Profleks SP Company Ltd based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

The private company "KOMPANIYA "of PROFLEKS of the joint venture" performs publishing and polygraphic activity, replication of the written information media, specializes in production of self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging of different types for producers of household chemicals, perfumery, cosmetics, pharmaceutics, alcoholic industry, food, petrochemical and other industry. Printing on rolled offset and parchment.

Earlier for accounting the information system which did not provide all tasks necessary for the enterprise was used. There were difficulties at cost accounting of products, complexity at order placement of buyers. It was necessary to organize more complete accounting on a production site taking into account specifics of activity of the company and to increase quality of conducting the regulated and operational accounting.

For creation of such end-to-end system of automation the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of production companies became the partner in implementation.

During the project preproject examination was conducted, installation and setup of a system are made, user training is provided and consulting services in work with a system are rendered. In total 6 jobs are automated and such subsystems as are put into operation:

• Cash management;
• Product data management – structure of a product;
• Order management of buyers;
• Order management in production;
• Customer relationship management (CRM);
• Purchase management;
• Sales management;
• Production management;
• Inventory management;
• Sales planning;
• Purchase planning.

In a project deliverable the enterprise received an end-to-end information system which provided high-quality conducting the regulated, production and operational accounting. Salary to the employees forms much quicker. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse and to plan receipt of new. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually. Further development and maintenance of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company is in the future planned.
