Automation of accounting in Olteks LLC company based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete"

The OLTEKS LLC company performs production of children's knitted clothes. Earlier for accounting the information system which did not provide all tasks necessary for the enterprise was used. There were difficulties in an inventory control by storage locations with detailing on descriptions of goods. Difficulties in planning and accounting of component parts by each order, and also difficulties in production accounting. It was required to organize more complete accounting on a production site taking into account specifics of activity of the company and to increase quality of conducting the regulated and operational accounting.

For creation of such end-to-end system of automation the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of production companies became the partner in implementation.

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) performed installation of a system, consulting services are rendered and user training to work with the software product is provided. During the project 10 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are put into operation:

• Accounting and tax accounting;
• Payroll calculation and personnel management;
• Production management;
• Purchase management;
• Inventory management;
• Sales management;
• Volume and calendar production planning.

In a project deliverable the enterprise received an end-to-end information system which provided high-quality conducting the regulated, production and operational accounting. Speed of execution of orders increased by 30%. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many routine transactions manually.
