Automation of accounting in Grindeks-Rus LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
The GRINDEKS RUS LLC company performs wholesale by pharmaceutical and medical goods, products of medical equipment and orthopedic products.
Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties with delivery of the regulated reporting and payroll calculation. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.
As the software product the complete solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of the similar companies became the partner in implementation.
During implementation by specialists of BIT installation and setup of the program were made, user training is provided, consultations on all questions, work-related in a system are organized. At the first stage of the project 10 jobs are automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting;
- Tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Personnel management;
- Cash management;
- Customer relationship management (CRM);
- Order management of buyers.
According to the results of implementation the company received the unified information system for conducting the regulated and operational accounting. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. Load of accountant officers and finance division decreased, performance of their work increased. Quicker orders of buyers form. The management had an opportunity to quickly control activity of the automated divisions.
In the nearest future such subsystems as will be put into operation:
- Budgeting;
- Vendor relationship management (SRM);
- Purchase management, stocks, production;
- Sales planning, purchases.
Further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the enterprise is in the future planned.

- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Individual training at office of the customer
