Automation of accounting in DELO TEKHNIKI LLC company based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete
Core activity of Delo Tekhniki LLC company is wholesale of metalwork mounting tools.
Earlier at the enterprise the information system which did not provide accomplishment of all tasks, necessary for the enterprise, was used. In particular, there were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, production was not automated up to standard. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other. For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties was made.
The information system which would allow to automate all types of accounting, including operational, accounting, tax, personnel records and payroll in one program was required for the company. The choice was stopped on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product which standard functionality as much as possible corresponded to requirements of the enterprise. As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has staff of qualified specialists was selected, is Competence Center on production and has successful experience of automation of manufacturing enterprises.
During the project specialists of BIT company made installation and setup of the program, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total 15 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:
- Accounting;
- Tax accounting;
- Payroll calculation;
- Personnel management;
- Cash management;
- Purchase management, stocks, sales;
- Products cost accounting.
According to the results of implementation the company received the unified information system for conducting the regulated and operational accounting. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to quickly monitor existence of goods in a warehouse and to control profitability of sales. The reliability and speed of preparation of the regulated reporting and reports for the management increased.
In the nearest future will be put into operation of a subsystem:
- Customer relationship management (CRM);
- Vendor relationship management (SRM);
- Order management of buyers;
- Sales planning, purchases.
